Mangaluru Feb 9: Congress staged protest here at district Congress office at Mallikatte on Saturday February 9, against BJP state president B S Yeddyurappa for alleged horse trading and trying to persuade MLAs to join his party.

Addressing the protestors former MLA J R Lobo said," We strongly condemn the act by BJP. BJP is playing cheap politics and is trying their level best to come back to power by horse trading and offering money to MLAs to join BJP. People should reject such leaders.”

Former MLA Ramanath Rai said," Since the coalition government was formed, Yeddyurappa has been trying to come back to power through Operation Kamala. We condemn this act by the BJP and demand stringent action against Yeddyurappa.”

District youth Congress president Mithun Rai said, "B S Yeddyurappa is in greed of power and he is breaking all the rules of Constitution by offering money to MLAs to join his party. B S Yeddyurappa is trying to enter from the back door to sit on CM's chair. We are confident that coalition government will complete its five year term successfully.”

Buying other parties MLA's to form the Govt is CORRUPTION AT ITS PEAK!!!
Open and brazen corruption! No corruption can be greater than this!
Total cover up, support from top for such brazen corruption. NO CBI, No IT raid! No Case! No Enquiry!
States where they had less MLA's, as per norms, INC was not even called first to form Govt.
In Karnataka BSY was called first to form Govt and he failed!
Why so much desperation to form Govt with luring MLA's? Not to loot more? Any Tom Dick Harry can make out!
Over and again absolutely shameless slogan, during our regime, there is no Corruption!
