Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Jan 23: Vijayanagar MLA, Anand Singh, who was injured in an unsavoury incident which happened at Eagleton Resort, Bidadi near here between Congress legislators, will remain inside the hospital for two more days. As the legislator has shown only a little improvement in his condition, the doctors have advised him to recuperate for two more days before he becomes fully fit.

On Tuesday, senior Congress leaders, H K Patil and Mallikarjun Kharge, met Anand Singh and discussed with him.

H K Patil, speaking to media persons later, said that this incident is unfortunate. He said he was hurt by this development and the party too was finding it awkward.
