Bengaluru: Kumaraswamy offering money, ministerial posts to BJP MLAs - Yeddyurappa

Daijiworld Media Network – Bengaluru

Bengaluru, Jan 17: BJP state president and former chief minister BS Yeddyurappa has alleged that chief minister HD Kumaraswamy has been indulging in horse-trading by offering money and ministerial posts to his MLAs.

"We are not into any poaching. It is CM Kumaraswamy who is indulging in horse-trading. He himself is offering money and ministerial posts to our MLAs," Yeddyurappa said here on Thursday, January 17.

BJP MLAs from Karnataka who have camped themselves in Gurugram since Monday evening said that they were here to make strategies for the coming Lok Sabha polls and had not run away fearing poaching by the ruling Congress-JD(S) alliance.

The charges of horse-trading were triggered after three Karnataka Congress MLAs visited Mumbai earlier on Monday, reportedly along with some BJP MLAs. This was followed by the Congress' allegation that the BJP was trying to poach the ruling party's MLAs to destabilize the JD(S)-Congress coalition government. .

Yeddyurappa has refuted these charges, saying that his party had nothing to do with the three Congress MLAs' Mumbai visit, and accused the Congress-JD(S) alliance of making a poaching bid.

Meanwhile Kumaraswamy has also accused Yeddyurappa of fabricating stories, adding that there was no need for the Congress-JD(S) alliance to poach on any party's MLAs.

What’s Operation Lotus In Karnataka’s Political Crisis?
After two independent MLAs withdrew support from the Congress-JD(S) government, the government has accused the BJP of trying to poach their MLAs and destabilise the government in a move called Operation Lotus 3.0.

Now remember, this whole thing began with the BJP taking three Congress MLAs to a hotel in Mumbai. It doesn’t help the Congress that one of these MLAs is senior Congress leader Ramesh Jarkiholi.

So if Operation Lotus 3.0 goes according to plan, the BJP will try to bring down the Assembly's strength from 224 to 210, making 105 as the halfway mark in the Karnataka Assembly. And with their 106 seat strength, they could pose a serious problem to the Congress-JDS coalition.

Obviously the CM is an important part of this. Because it was after he hinted that he was in touch with BJP MLAs who wanted to defect that the party flew its 104 MLAs to Gurugram for the... ehm... National Convention.
Mr.Yeddyurappa was CM of Karnataka for a grand total of 2 days after the last election. And this is supposed to be his last chance at the seat, so he has a lot resting on this move.

The BJP which promised 'corruption-free' India in 2013 Lok Sabha campaign now become most corrupt political power of the nation. The BJP has no answer to share the success of 'Demonetization' to the nation rejecting PIL and RTI's. The government has no money to pay the suiciding farmers minimum supportive price, no money for flood victims, offers pakoda business as alternative jobs for profession graduates.
When it come to shopping MLA's BJP has an indispensable amount of money which made round-about from taxfree havens like the Canary Islands through British Passport holder son of NSA Chief Ajit Doval, Chota Modi and so on.
This is the real facts of BJP way of 'Good governance' to remain in power buying and shopping opposition party leaders.
    Jai Hind

People would have believed this if Kumarswamy had a share from Chaddi out of the out of mining deals. I cannot understand who will believe a convict who was jailed for making money in mining scam which is well known to whole country. It is really surprising that such convicts are still in politics and people still vote for them.

Yeddirappa, it is you have first started Operation Kamala in India from Karnataka state and BJP using immoral means to gain power. Whether it is Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Manipur and in North Eastern State. Gone are those days when Ataljee and Advneejee were in power and they are following Raj dharma. Now it is quite opposite.

I am glad that Kumarswamy/DKS are not allowing t Operation Kamala o be successful in and now you are feeling the pinch as BJP lost its face on national level. After all, BJP are master in spreading lies.

2 wrongs don't make a right. What happened in Goa is wrong so doesn't mean what is happening in Karnataka is right. When Congress seats reduced by 50 and BJP increases by 60+, then do not preach .

Instead of being a responsible opposition party the BJP under this power hungry person is only digging its own grave in Karnataka. He is 24X7 busy hatching new plots to topple the government. His greed for the chair has reached desperate levels and he is completely blinded by this madness.
