Siddaramaiah questions Modi on BJP 'destabilising' state government

Bengaluru, Jan 15 (IANS): Congress leader Siddaramaiah on Tuesday questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi on why Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders were being allowed to "destabilise" the state government.

"'Mr.Saaf Niyat' Narendra Modi, is allowing your disgraceful BJP Karnataka leaders to destabilise government a 'Saaf Niyat' towards democracy?" the former Chief Minister tweeted.

"Your PR slogans does not hide your actual 'niyat' and your 'sahi vikas' should go beyond developing resorts. First show your niyat to people."

Siddaramaiah's tweet, mocking the Modi government's slogan of "Saaf Niyat, Sahi Vikas" (clean intent, right development), came a day after the southern state's Minister for Irrigation D.K. Shivakumar alleged that Congress legislators were being poached by the BJP.

The BJP's Karnataka unit has rubbished the Congress' claims.

Meanwhile, the BJP has shifted 99 of its 104 state legislators to a private resort in Gurugram, a party spokesman said.

"A total of 99 legislators are currently at a private resort, while the other five are in Delhi itself and in touch with us," BJP Karnataka's spokesman Vamanacharya told here.

"The reason that our MLAs had to be kept in a resort points to the ill-intentions of the coalition partners Congress and Janata Dal-Secular (JD-S)," he added.

We were getting mentally prepared for a somber post-sankranthi period as per your proclamation "No political activity post-Sankranthi". But you could not hold back as it is now clear to you that it was an act of denial you did pre-Sankranthi. Can't help but ask "Why these many tweets against PM"?

Yes, it clearly looks like your unholy alliance with the Gowda family will not last long as you are having difficulty keeping your herd together. DK Shi dashing to Mumbai, some of your trusted stalwarts rendering themselves incommunicado, and in all this you saw PM Modi has all the time on the earth to do what you are now proclaiming post-sankranthi? Even if it is true, a seasoned politician in you must not be surprised or?

when you do it it's great and was called your political experience or expertise... or else how shameful you made govt with JDA which was your revelry party. Now when you can not hold back your own MLAs you blame BJP. Come on.. BJP is also a political party sir... also lead my smarter national leaders , not like a joker like you. your party has collapsed the day you enforced Rahul , the Pappu to take over in spite of many many leaders in your party. Now, your whole party is dismantling... and you are to be held responsible. Don't pull Modi , BJP, Shah or anybody... only you need to take the responsibility.

Actually Siddu is to be blamed for destabilizing K'Nataka political scene. He successfully brought down CONgress which was in power with 123 seats to 78 seats in May 2018. BJP became 104 from 40. Who is responsible for this?
If CONgress had got 113 seats, everything would've been hunky dory

Congress and JDS were rejected by people of Karnataka...

Next time PM Modiji should bring constitutional amendment.. Single largest party should form government if it has more than 30% seats. We are multi party system so winning 50% seats doesn't make sense. Same thing should be applicable to PM chair also... All these coalition goberment doesn't make sense...

Bring a change and only bjp can do it... congress netas have no brain..

This nidderamayya doesn't have a moral right to question anybody in this type of "party change" he himself resigned from JDS and re elected from same constituency on the ticket of khangress. If now the khangress MLAs does same in reverse action. What is wrong?
Why he should bring MODI in this? The whole episode is that of his party. If they ant control their MLAs what MODI can do?
When DKC or HDK were talking about bringing some BJP MLAs to khangress /JDS nobody raised any moral question

This question is for those bhakt’s who says their not voting for Nalin they are voting for Modi because he is honest.

Where is the money coming to purchase MLA’s?

    White or Black?

MLA’s are paid through Modi’s cash less system like Credit Card or through cheque.

    Poor Bhakt’s....

1 How come 37 is CM?
2 Are your MLAs still drinking NUNNU from Pop Cee bottles ?
3Is there any Government in Karnataka ?
4You had deserted JDS and had said
