Sullia, Dec 18: A youth drowned in a rivulet at Muroor in the taluk on the evening of Sunday December 16.

The deceased was Prasanna (35), son of Damodar Gowda from Muroor. He was walking by the rivulet on Sunday evening when he suddenly losthis balance. He could not recover from the fall.

A case of unnatural death in this respect stands registered in the local police station.
