The firm has gained confidence of the people through their projects and services in last 18 years of its inception.

In the year 2006, they started constructing independent villas. So far they have completed more than 70 villas in and around Surathkal.

Upcoming commercial complex projects

There are three major upcoming commercial complex projects such as Kulai City Complex and Haleyangadi City Deep, both of which are expected to complete in April, 2019 and City Elina at Mulki which is expected to be complete in February 2019.

Upcoming Villas

As many as 17 Villas are expected to be constructed behind Suraj International at Surathkal, while 11 Villas of 2bhk and 3bhk are under construction at Surathkal, Hosabettu, Kulai and near NITK.

New concept

The firm led by Shrikanth Kamath and Y Ravindra Rao are coming up with a new concept of constructing duplex beach apartment at open beach at Surathkal.

    Mangalore is now one of the "Best" Smart City of India. Mangalore is comparatively clean and neat, but needs lot of touch ups, lots of new landscapes, and also lots of new zoning thoughts. When all of the above are given due consideration, proper plans could be set up and eventually Mangalore will turn out to be one of the ideal cities of India.

    In the meantime, following changes are essential and need a priority thinking:-

    a) Remove all the unwanted debris from every street and create a cleaner atmosphere.
    b) Cleaner Restaurants with cleaner appearance and cleaner service
    c) More organized Bus Stations, Railway stations and parking places
    d) More road signs in essential junctions so that travelers are properly guided.
    e) As and when the construction work is done, remove all unrequired material.

    There are so many ways to improve the City of Mangalore, which is comparatively better than many other Cities in Karnataka and elsewhere, but there is still lot of improvement required, and it is good for all of us to attract more tourists.

    Creating side walks in every road is a "must". By so doing, all the traffic can move smoothly, and at the same time, people can walk safely without any disturbance.
