Not sure if anyone saw it, in first few seconds, if you pause the video, you can clearly see the scooter trying to turn right (probably on to that mud road) and seeing the tipper and car, try to change his course.

Before passing absurd comments, please see the video properly that the scooter rider is wearing a helmet and after the collision the helmet rolls to side of the road.

The car driver was overtaking alright but the scooter rider did not maintain his side. He was in so much speed, that he could not decide whether to go from left or right, hence ended up between the two vehicles.

What is decent of the car driver is, he parked the car on the side and went to inquire the injured. Secondly, his helmet came to him before anybody did. I wonder if he was wearing it, or having it on the arm.

Its miracle. The scooter rider is lucky. The Car driver must have bought his Driving License from a book shop or a from a market.
