Mangaluru: Prostitution racket in city - three women rescued

Mangaluru, Dec 8: The police said that they found a prostitution racket being run in a building on K S Road in the city.

The activity was run under the camouflage of body massage parlour.

The police raided the place on Friday December 7 and rescued three women. Roshan, who was allegedly abetting the act, succeeded in escaping.

It is said that the raid was conducted after the police got information that prostitution was taking place in a massage parlour functioning in Classic Arcade building on K S Rao Road here.

    Not bad at all ,heart of the city next to city centre ,our police claim 3 women rescued i dont understand that now when a woman willingly got into that proffession.Best part the king pin escaped...who informed him about the raid prior...is a big question...ultimately we all know how such place work hand in glove system.

    I really dont understand the headline 3 woman rescued ... Maybe they are doing this in their own wish to earn some money and support their respective families, i have seen and heard lot of girls entering into this field for some money, well, some are not happy but its their majboori...

    First of all, would like to know whether these three women who are in this business willingly or by force.

    If they are willingly doing this then need to action on them too. Most of the times they say that they rescued the women. If they are not willingly come forward nobody can force them.
