Jakarta, Nov 19 (IANS): The Indonesian and the Philippines national football teams will play in the AFF Suzuki Cup 2018 at the weekend, the Indonesian football association said on Monday.
The match of the two teams is scheduled to be held in the Gelora Bung Karno stadium on Sunday, reports Xinhua news agency.
The forthcoming match will be the last match in Group B of the AFF Suzuki Cup 2018.
The Indonesian football team is placed in the fourth position of Group B standings with 3 points secured from 3 matches.
Prior to the match with Indonesia, the Philippines team will play its Thailand opponent on Wednesday.
The Thai team secured 6 points from two matches, the Philippines team also got 6 points from two matches, the Singaporean team had 3 points from two matches and Timor Leste secured 0 in three matches.
On Wednesday, the Singaporean football team is also scheduled to play with Timor Leste.
