Dharwad: Third front trying to stop BJP's advances in south - Deve Gowda

Daijiworld Media Network - Dharwad (SP)

Dharwad, Nov 19: JD(S) national president, H D Deve Gowda, said that the third front has been making efforts to close the doors of BJP in the south. He was addressing a press meet organized at Hubballi on Sunday November 18.

"BJP has been following the path of endangering the secular, democratic fabric of the country. Because of its policies, people have not been able to live happily. Therefore, JD(S) and Congress will together fight the coming Lok Sabha election to retain secular system and rein in advances of BJP in south India," he said.

Gowda said that he is hopeful of sharing Lok Sabha seats between the two parties through mutual understanding. Before that, he said that his party leaders will hold discussions with Siddaramaiah on reaching understandings. "We will take a final decision in two to three days. In other states, coalition parties will share seats as per the local conditions," he explained.

On the issue of sharing of ministerial berths, he said there are no differences between the two parties. He said that the expansion of the ministry and appointments to boards and corporations will take place by the end of this month.

Gowda asserted that Kumaraswamy will continue to be the chief minister of Karnataka as already announced by the Congress high command, for full five years. "I do not know under what circumstances deputy chief minister, Dr G Parameshwar, said that he is prepared to become the chief minister. Basavaraj Horatti is a veteran member of the party and his experience would be suitably rewarded. We will also think of making him a minister at the time of ministry expansion," he stated.

THIS THIRD CLASS FRONT NEVER COME UP BUT LOOSE ITS ENTITY ITSELF WHY BECAUSE VOTER IS NOT A FOOL TO VOTE AS PER WISHES OF JD-S OR CONGRESS. VOTER SEE A LEADER WHO CAN LEAD FOR FULL TERM WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. MODI HAS PROVED IT IN GUJARAT AS CM FOR CONTINIOUS THREE TERMS. THIRD FRONT DO NOT HAVE SUCH RIGHT PERSON TO LEAD AND UPA AND THIRD FRONT IS LIKE CHOW CHOW BATH WHICH NEVER LAST LONG.

Modi has been a disaster on economic policy and foreign policy. The Demo Debacle costs hundreds of millions in economic damage, led to the loss of thousands of jobs and the demise of thousands of businesses. Bharat Karnad has described Modis foreign policy as submission to the United States and China.

Whether third front trying to stop BJP's advances in south or not, finally winner I mean BJP will reap the benefit at last. What I noticed from all the angles is that in third front no suitable candidate I mean leader is there, all are old faces like old wine in the new bottle. They are not focusing on India's prosperity and developments.Their focus and objective is just to unseat Modiji in the coming Lok Sabha election. They are wasting their precious time and energy in order to form third front, which is next to impossible under the present scenario.By hook or crook,if third front win, there will be a lot of trouble between the third front members. They will fight in between for the share of apple pie in the formation of government.Even if they form,it will collapse within a month or so.As of today Modi is the best option and is on the driver's seat and take India to the new heights. No doubt about it.Opposition may blame him, accuse him and allege him for many reasons out of their frustration and jealousy but without any doubt winner will be Modiji.Jai Hind

Every tom dick and harry will try and gain visibility in media now that we are staring elections. However, we do not have "ANY OPTION".
    1. If people of this country wants to prevent this country from abyss, your best choice is nobody else than Modi. Actually there isn't a credible option who cannot make a joke of themselves day in and day out. And sorry, RG is not at all an option.
    2. In democracy, one has to take unpopular decisions for the good of the country. That's why we conduct elections once in 5 years. Some very unpopular decisions were taken, whose effects will never reflect in 4 years. Modi did take some and nobody liked it. It was risky, and most turned out to be risky.
    3. Modi has done phenomenally well on foreign policy front. It is the only front where bureaucrats (they write exams and fight no elections and call all the shots) cannot fix matches. It requires persona and Modi did very well here. The last leader I can remember is one and only Indira Priyadarshini. Sorry RG will never measure up to his Grandma in this life.
    4. Modi should be given another term, a last one. No we don't buy *** Mukt Bharath of any party. But Modi deserves another chance. In fact, by his only criteria of age to take office, this is his last chance.
Siddus, Gowdas, and sundry cannot measure up with Jayanthis, Bhagyas, and Canteens. Let us face it and for once call spade a spade rather than get carried away by media with vested interests.

I don't know for what purpose these people want power? for making money right. please watch kannada TV news channel they broadcast how our RTO official collect the bribe from drivers. per day they collects in crores. but till now no action was taken against these people. vehicle inspections are done by agents & issue the certificates. then why RTO officials required. only corruption will speak in Karnataka.

Good Luck, Deve Gowda Sir. Deve Gowda is KN's pride and most senior and respected opposition figure in the whole of India. Keep national parties out of power in South India, Roadside chaiwaalaas and roadside PMs (Pakode Makers) not required in South India.

Rightly said "No one can't go against people's wish" that's why BJP is busy with EVM tampering and are experts in fooling the people like they did in 2014 (not convinced listen to Nitin Gadhkari's video).
