The Lions Club Belman community service official inaugurated several service programmes and spoke at the closing ceremony.
Lions Club Belman president, Sadanand Shettigar presided over the function. The event was held in the presence of the district governor and Lions officer B Sitaram Bhat introduced the district governor.
