Mangaluru: Amit Shah participates in RSS session - gets guidance on political planning

Daijiworld Media Network - Mangaluru (SP)

Mangaluru, Nov 15: On his arrival to the city by a special aircraft at 8.30 pm on Wednesday November 14 with a delay of nearly three hours, BJP national president, Amit Shah, directly moved to Sangh Niketan at Mannagudda here and participated in the session of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) that was going on there.

The participation of Shah in the RSS session gains significance in view of the fact that Lok Sabha election is fast approaching. BJP national level leaders were with Shah. He was given guidance on political matters by RSS leaders. He also was told about the issues on which the election should be fought and what political techniques should the BJP own, sources said.

About 300 RSS cadres from various parts of south India participated in this session. The session is off limits for unconnected persons. Today happens to be the last day of the RSS session. RSS general secretary, Suresh Joshi (Bhayyaji) is among the leaders who are taking part in the programme. After taking part in the Baithak, Shah retired for the night in a private hotel here. Shah also held discussions with state leaders about strengthening of the party in Karnataka. He is scheduled to leave for Bengaluru by special aircraft on Thursday morning.

In an important meeting held under the leadership of BJP national joint organizing secretary, B L Sathosh, on Wednesday in a hotel in the city, BJP has decided to use Sabarimala dispute as a plank to gain prominence in four states of south India. The meeting held secretly at the hotel, was attended by general secretaries and organizing secretaries of the party from Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. No one from Telangana was present as assembly election has been declared there. From Karnataka, BJP general secretary, C T Ravi, and Dakshina Kannada MP, Nalin Kumar Kateel, participated.

The Sabarimala issue will be used in three ways. The first one is putting organizational fight in place of the one which is spearheaded by various organizations and parties without any unity. Second one is fighting through legal means. Currently, a number of review petitions have been filed in the Supreme Court. BJP plans to carry on a combined fight in the court. Third strategy is to create awareness among the people that each religious centre is government by its own set of beliefs, procedures and traditions, which have been violated by the Supreme Court judgment.

The meeting also decided to wait till the outcome of a meeting of all parties and organizations convened by Kerala chief minister, Pinarayi Vijayan on Thursday to discuss the issue is made known, before deciding on the stages through which these struggles are to be launched.

Neither the RSS nor its political wing, the BJP, ever responded to such a criticism which was really strange in the prevailing political atmosphere in the country. Now it is time finally ask the question:
    1. Is RSS a registered organization?
    2. If not, how are they collecting money?
    3. What is the legality of an unregistered organization running its military training branches along the length and breadth of the country by the name of Shakhas and calling itself a cultural organization?
    4) Doesn’t RSS need any registration?
    5) Is RSS an organisation, an individual, a company or something else?
    6) What is the source of funding for the 56,000 shakhas (branches) of RSS?
    7) what is the source of funding for its annual festivities and various other programmes?
    8) How is it that crores of Rupees from taxpayers money spent on RSS chief Mohan Bhagawat’s security?
    9) The Mahal based property of RSS belongs to one Mr. M D Devras. Why CIFS is guarding it?
    10) The government of India has recently made some changes to the… in which of these categories RSS fit in to?
11)Does the RSS regard Nathu Ram Godse as an assassin and terrorist or as a patriot? Would it be willing to say “Godse murdabad” just as it insists some others must say “Vande Mataram”?
12)Is the RSS now willing to accord membership to women in its ranks, and suitably change its constitution to this effect?
    13) Is the RSS contemplating installing Dalit priests in mainline Hindu temples?
14)Does the RSS believe that “in pre-Christian times, all people everywhere in the entire world were Hindus” (September, 1983 issue of the journal of the VHP)?
15)Does the RSS still subscribe to the Savarkarite enunciation of the right to Indian citizenship which holds that those inhabitants of this land whose principle places of worship lie outside the shores of the country cannot have such right?

    World leading towards mass development.
We Indians still want to listen outcome of religious, beliefs, Food style i.e. What one should eat at KFC and what one should not eat at MC Donald ,whether brother and sister can have a cup of coffee or ice-cream together or need to carry proof of evidence to prove that brother, sister, husband-wife etc. before thrashing by Sanghies.
Don’t we want proper roads, bridges, transport facility, clean air and water for our generation and generation to come? We need only to build a temple in a disputed area or it is not possible to build at an adjacent area with humanity and community?
I hope Kerala people are best educated and matured to heed their agenda without any social development.

People of Mangalore would have saluted if BJP pesident Amith Shah, C>T.Ravi and RSS leaders visited Pumpwell and Thokkottu flyovers along with their MP Nalin Kumara Kateel! BJP leaders speak volumes about the development. But is there any development in Mangalore which is going to be a smart city? No proper drainage, no proper footpaths, transport mafia doesnt allow KSRTIC buses in the city and the Mangalore-Bangalore trains.Taxi owners mafia doesnt allow Ola and Uber cabs to enetr Bajpe Airport. Will Amit Shah do something to solve the problems? Or simply talk about Shabarimala issue to get votes?
