Bengaluru, Nov 11: Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) will hold 'Janagraha' meetings at Mangaluru, Bengaluru and Hubballi as well as Nagpur and Ayodhya on November 25 to urge the central government to pass an ordinance to build Ram Mandir at Ayodhya. This information was given by Milind Parande, chief secretary of the organization.

Parande, who was speaking at a press conference said, "In a recent meeting of the Saints that was held at Delhi, it has been decided to hold nation-wide meetings. Accordingly, in addition to mammoth rallies at five places, meetings will be held at 500 centers."

"Hindus are waiting since centuries for building Ram Mandir at Ayodhya. The VHP organization also waited a lot as it has lots of respect to towards the supreme court of the country. We expected the inquiry on the same to start on October 29. However, the supreme court spent only four minutes on the case and postponed the same. Now there is no question of waiting further. We urge the central government to bring out an ordinance to this effect," added Parande.

Parande concluded the press meet by saying, "A 'Dharma Sabha' is being organized by VHP at the Prayag Kumbh Mela that will be held on January 31 and February 1 of 2019. Thousands of Hindu saints will participate in that Sabha and a final decision with regards to the Ram Mandir will be taken at that meeting."
