My personal opinion any establishment related to judiciary should be free from religious obligations..Including inauguration ceremony to make sure all the citizens who are dependent on it feel comfortable with it and doesn't feel otherwise

Democratic and secular countries should not give room for any religious activities such as blessing, poojas, etc. in any government or public sector establishments. It is a democratic principle of separation of State and Church. The judge was absolutely right.
