Ballari: Janardhan Reddy likely to be put behind bars again?

Daijiworld Media Network - Ballari (SP)

Ballari, Nov 7: If certain sources are to be believed, embattled former minister, Gali Janardhan Reddy, is likely to be sent behind bars.

It is said that Reddy had got demonetized currency notes illegally exchanged. Police sources say that in this connection, personnel of central crime branch at Bengaluru will serve him notice shortly.

Three persons close to Reddy are said to be already in the custody of the police in this connection. They are, Farid, who owns Ambident company, Brijesh, a builder by profession and Ramesh Kothary.

It is said that the police are busy hunting for the personal assistant of Reddy, who is the main accused in the case.

It was music to the ears to hear that this rogue Reddy is likely to cool his heels behind bars once again. It is tragic that after all the plundering he has done, he is still roaming free. No mercy should be shown to politicians who misuse their positions and loot the state or the country. Reddy should be kicked into a jail and should never be freed for the rest of his life. Not only him, all those who have misused their power and authority should also be sent to jail. When so many people are starving and working day in and day out to make ends meet, there is absolutely no justice in these rogues making merry at the cost of the common man.

Other than India Judiciary System, former BJP minister Janardhan Reddy would have been hanged long back to death in the cash-for-bail scam in which Rs 100cr offered to the judge who found dead in mysterious circumstances in his Hyderabad residence.
His case in Andhra Pradesh was being heard by Pattabhi Rama Rao, who headed a special CBI court in Hyderabad. He granted bail to Mr Reddy on May 11. The CBI later found that the judge had received a kickback of several crores from representatives of Mr Reddy. The judge, Pattabhi Rama Rao, was arrested on June 19, and the Andhra Pradesh High Court canceled the politician's bail a few days later. CCTV footage at a local hotel showed Mr Reddy's brother, Somasekhar Reddy, and others meeting the judge's son in a hotel in Hyderabad. After that, money was found in the bank lockers and home of the judge and his associates. The CBI and the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) have filed a case against eight people for the bail-for-sale scam. They include Mr. Reddy's brother, Somasekhara Reddy, and Suresh Babu, both legislators from Karnataka.
In 'Demonetisation' scam RBI and PMO have rejected several RTI giving weird reasons. PM Modi's pet project is completing two years. But RBI yet announces the final figures recovered in 'Black money', the economic implication in which more than 150 people have died.
    1. How did Janardhan Reddy manage to convert Rs500 crores when the minimum withdrawal limit is set by the RBI?
    2. Why the JD(S)-Congress government is not asking the investigative agencies to consider his own driver who left the death note exposing the money conversion?
    3. As per media BJP leader has parked between Rs 40,000 crore to Rs 50,000 crore in tax havens. Why the CBI, ED is not attaching is properties in corruption?
Blessed by BJP national leaders like Sushma Swaraj, Gadkari these Bellary mafias are BJP's ATM. Their won't any repetition of Judge Loyola murder in which Amit Shah is prime accused if Reddy is prosecuted.

Not only him, but his entire family of looters should be inside and never be able to see the light of day during their life time.
Getting rich through hard work and by sincere and honest means is no crime. You become an idol and mentor if you have come up the hard way, but getting rich by looting and stealing is a crime. This family has amassed wealth by looting the state's resources which belong to the people. This is an unpardonable crime. On top of it he keeps flaunting it. When people were standing in queues to get 2000 rupees during demonetization, this family was flaunting its wealth vulgarly. Are we a banana republic to let go crooks like this free and keeping robbing?
