When majority of the politicians blindly favour the minorities for vote bank, no one from the minority cribs. If your statement of 90% of Mangalore police being Chaddis is true, then it is the universe's way of striking equilibrium.

90% of Mangalore Police are Chaddis in Police Uniform. This has been confirmed by the Cobrapost. It shall be made a law that 25% of police workforce shall be minorities. If this happens there will be no more riots in India.
