When I was working in Saudi, my boss a Saudi, an American engineering degree holder, told me to draft a letter to govt which he would translate into Arabic. He told me the car he purchased was stolen, when he went to register. I told him, he had to complain to police. He said the car was there with him. Then I understood that the car was found to be a stolen car, while registering.
