Kundapur, Oct 21: In a tragic accident which happened on Jattigeshwara shrine road in Hangaragadde in Golihole village in the taluk , a motor bike rider died after his vehicle skidded and fell down. The accident happened at around 12.30 am on Saturday October 20.
Jagannath Poojary, who was riding the motor bike back home, had fallen into a pit after his two-wheeler lost grip on the road. Unable to help himself out of the trouble, he immediately called his wife by using his cellphone and told her what had happened. The family members rushed to the spot and took Poojary to the government hospital at Byndoor. But the doctors who examined him, declared him brought dead.
A case about this incident was registered in Byndoor police station.
