Mysuru: Minister G T Devegowda stumbles and falls during Dasara marathon

Mysuru, Oct 14: In an incident that occurred during the marathon run that was organized as part of the Dasara celebrations in the city, G T Devegowda, in-charge minister of the district stumbled and fell on the road.

The sports department had organised the Dasara Marathon at the Oval grounds of the city on Sunday, October 14. The minister who took part in the marathon with enthusiasm, started to run the race by lifting and tying his dhoti. However, when he ran a few steps, the dhoti, which he had lifted and tied got loosened and came in the way and got entangled between his legs and he fell to the ground.

The cameramen and other competitors who were running besides the minister lifted him immediately.
