Mangaluru: ‘Soar Sargar’ and ‘Mammy Maka Zai’ staged at KNS drama festival

Mangaluru, Oct 14: Two Konkani dramas ‘Soar Sargar’ and ‘Mammy Maka Zai’ staged on the occasion of 3rd day of drama festival of Konkani Natak sabha on Saturday, October 13 at Don Bosco Hall here.

‘Soar Sargar’ was written by Lawrence D’Souza Cascia, directed by Jerome Moras and played by Udenthi Kalakar, Ruzai.

‘Mammy Maka Zai’ written by Valston D’Sa, Pangla, directed by Ganesh Rao, Ellor and played by Pangache Kale.

President Fr Paul Melwyn D’Souza welcomed the gathering and wished the actors success. Karnataka Konkani Sahithya Academy award winner, Konkan Kutam award winner renowned Konkani writer Valli Vagga, vice-president Sunil Menezes, general secretary Judith D’Souza, joint secretary Jossy Theodore, treasurer Jerry Concessao were present. Floyd D’Mello compered.
