Why Government is allowing to construct buildings that much close to sea ? Is there any body to check? All Politicians are visiting after the tragedy, but can't they visit regularly and check?

In ancient India every Cyclone was named. Indians left it late. Please check the history.America started naming it now. Day is not late when we say Basmati Rice is from America if we stop cultivating Basmati in our soil. Already many are saying Gir is from Brazil. Few fools believe that too.
