Bengaluru: Yeddyurappa wants new strategy to take on Cong-JD(S) in local body elections

Daijiworld Media Network – Bengaluru (DC)

Bengaluru, Aug 10: BJP state president B S Yeddyurappa has instructed his party leaders to be cautious while selecting candidates for the local body elections since the Congress and the JD(S) are expected to hitch alliance.

There are chances of Congress-JD(S) joining hands especially in Uttara Kannada, Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Chikkamagaluru, Shivamogga, Mysuru, Davanagere, Chitradurga and Kodagu.

"Hence we need to be careful while choosing our candidates and we need to change our election strategy," he has reportedly told his party leaders.

Meanwhile, speaking to reporters, Yeddyurappa lashed out at the state government over farm loan waiver and said, "Those who came to power promising farm loan waiver, still are unable to clear issues related to it,"

The BJP's jailbird Yeddyurappa for denotification and mining kickbacks as per the BJP's high command is going to be retained as state BJP party president till Lok Sabha election fearing his considerable support among 'Lingayat' votes.
As per the BJP insider they wanted to replace him with someone from Puttur who is organisation secretary working as Pracharak of RSS. He will be surprise candidate for Chief Ministership in the future politics of the BJP.
It is time to realise for Yeddy that his name also included in the history books like LK Advani, Joshi, Sinha..
As far as strategy, Kannadigas want development to continue from the time S M Krishna, CM SIddaramaiah and hopes in present JD(S)-Congress coalition. We Kannadigas do not want another failed Jammu and Kashmir or Bihar government in Karnataka to repeated.

We Kannadigas also do not want any division of our state for the sake of vote bank. It will be considered against the federation of the state. It will be the same fate for BJP which Congress suffered in Andhra Pradesh.

This hard nut doesn't even understand that the central leadership at Delhi is simply used him in the past and still using him???
His political career is finished and over at KAR-NATAKA chapter when the governor asked him to prove the majority without having numbers then.

Now even Shah & Modi gives any amount of money bags to buy the opposite party leaders, it's a futile exercise and just waste of time for this old time used horse!

Both Yeddiyurappa and Shobakka can live in peace taking political sanyas at her coffee estate now with two guns.
