Spice Jet seems to be a troubled airline. My flight got canceled at the last minute. Spent the whole day at the airport trying to reconnect. Same experience with INDIGO. Flt got canceled at last minute. Spent whole day trying to reconnect. Just wondering if Air India/Express or Jet airlines cancel flights at the last minute. When time is precious, it very frustrating to be stuck at the airport all day.

Its not Spice Jet but need to renamed as Sick Jet. Fully confident the pilots has failed the medical screening test. They should have been drunk, Very common factor with pilots operating in this sector.

Personally suffered the same thing couple of weeks back

We look forward to see your own "vimana" to gulf countries.
Your name itself says "vimana", then mangaloreans are lucky indeed to use your flights than to depend on others.

If the Mangaluru airport runway is extended to minimum 10000ft then emirates will definitely start its operation from Mangalore
As emirates has only Boeing 777 and A380 its not possible for them and emirates is eagerly waiting for the runway extension

Ever since SpiceJet leased Corendon Airlines with it's pilots for the Mangalore-Dubai route, there has been plenty of problems specially because SpiceJet cannot handle it as Corendon is a foreign airline. At least now SpiceJet should consider for other alternatives.

Such repeated events sends the airline reputation to toss!! Spice jet on board service is better than all other flights from Mangalore. Management need to take control over situations before more and more people avoid the airline.
