Mangaluru, Jun 19: The post-production work of famous cinematographer turned director P H Das’ Tulu-Kannada bilingual ‘Bhoomika’ has been completed. The film is sent for censor certification. The makers of the film are aiming for a release in within June.

The film is produced by Narendra P Nayak and Gayathri. ‘Bhoomika’ is a story about harassment of a girl in a fishing community family. The film has been shot in Dakshina Kannada district and Malnad region.

Actress Alisha Kadri and actor Naveen d Padil play the main roles in the film. Prajwal Prakash will be seen in a negative role. Actors Ravi, Shobha Rai, Kavitha, Nandini, Bhoomika, Supriya, Prasad Shetty Shaktinagar, Deepak Rai Panaje, Sathyapal, Prakash Hedge, and Raghavendra Rai are also in the cast.

The music for the film is being composed by Sandalwood fame Gurukiran. Narayan is handling the cinematography.
