Mangaluru, Jan 3: Moral police have openly threatened girl students of a Moodbidri college of slapping them if they continue with the habit of being in the company of youngsters from other religions. This threat was posted in a social website.
This threat appears in Facebook page titled Veera Kesari. "We already have given advice and warning to girl students of Moodbidri college. The next step will be slapping them," the post says. The people who posted the message also say that if the girls are found with young men from other religions, the girls will be hit.
An incident of moral policing was reported from Pilikulal Water Park on Tuesday. Moral police had attacked girls there for being with college students from another community. Now this fresh threat aimed at girl students has come through a Facebook post.
