Bengaluru: BJP plans charge sheet against Congress government by Jan 16

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Jan 1: The state unit of BJP is preparing a charge sheet, listing out failures on the part of the state government and also the promises and assurances it has not kept. This charge sheet is expected to be released by January 16. This decision was taken at a meeting chaired by national president of BJP, Amit Shah, to take stock of poll preparations for the coming assembly election, on Sunday December 31. The meeting was held in a private resort near the city.

The youth wing of the party has been given the task of convincing people of the state about the follies, failures and forgotten promises of the Congress government listed out in the charge sheet through house-to-house visits between February 15 and 22.

Speaking to media persons, union minister, Ananth Kumar, stated that SC/ST and OBC conventions as well as constituency-wise morchas of women will be organized by the party in all the assembly constituencies in the state. Kumar stated that the party has set up abut 55,000 booth committees at micro level for helping the party to gain popularity. He added that a person would be given responsibility of building close contact with a group of voters, between 30 and 50. He said that one activist would be given charge of one page of the voters list, which usually contains 25 to 30 names of voters. The work of these people would be to become familiar with these voters so that the voters will realize the importance of choosing BJP, he clarified.

Kumar added that the leaders of the party are happy about tremendous response the Nirvanaa Karnataka Nirmala Parivartana Yatra led by Yeddyurppa is receiving all over the state. He felt that Yatras undertaken by Siddaramaiah and Kumaraswamy do not have any effect on the populace

The said meeting was attended by party leaders from the state, office bearers, functionaries, state election-in-charge, Prakash Javadekar, his assistant, Piyush Goyal etc.

Former chief ministers of Karnataka, B S Yeddyurappa and Jagadish Shettar, former deputy chief minister, K S Eshwarappa, and others were present.

It is the old habit of BJP. Charges and run.
When confronted with questions on 'development, employment, women empowerment, basic health care, old age care, corruption free India ... they seek 'Mann ki baat' or 'Maun vrat'.

I will request Congress to raise more questions on BJP's promised on 'development' and more aggressive questions on parties role in India's independence struggle.

De-Stabilizing a constitutionally duely elected Government is not the best modus operandi for an opposition party. It would sabotage the chances of the said party to win an election.

    Good Job.
Why the charge sheet planned during state election period . BJP crooks intention only for their party and rss hq benefit and not for Kannadigas better future.

For yeddiyurappa 100% no chance for cm chair. His face only reveals the truth. Na Ghar Ka Na Ghat Ka

If you have real guts ask peoples vote in the name of developments you have done in your last tenure. You have taken another version, You want to pin point the mistakes of the government and ask for the vote. Outlook india leading magazine published front page article saying " Karnataka BJP is most corrupt government" What more awards you need for your best governance in BJP tenure. How many musical chair games played for CM chair. We still not forgot how badly you looted and wasted public money rather than investing on developments. You should be shame to point at current government as you dont have any moral rights left in you... and your party..

Congis wil l ask vote based on the developments what they did... BJP will ask vote based on failures of Congis... !!! Funny

Performance of any Govt can never be absolute.
Performance is measured by percentage of implementation to the promises made during election.
When BJP Govt planning to speak about Congress Govt failures in the states, by default people are going to vouch for BJP Govt failures at centre and states ruled by them.
To point out failures of others, one has to really do far better than them.

There should be a case for the following scam. ANy action?

    1. How did the turnover of a company owned by Shah’s son increase 16,000 times over in the year following the election of PM Narendra Modi?
    2. How did the Revenue from a company owned by Amit Shah’s son jump from just Rs 50,000 to over Rs 80,00,00,000 in a single year?
    3. How did a firm of Amit Shah’s son, whose business is chiefly stock trading, turns to windmill generation with PSU loan?
