Mysuru: BJP MP Pratap Simha arrested for defying prohibitory orders

Mysuru, Dec 3 (DHNS): BJP MP Pratap Simha and over 200 others were arrested by the police on Sunday for defying prohibitory orders clamped in Hunsur town.

When the BJP workers turned violent, police lathi charged them to disperse the crowd. The protesters stoned SP Ravi D Channanavar's car and damaged three KSRTC buses.

Police had banned processions in view of the Eid Milad celebration in the city and Hanuman Jayanti falling on the same day.

The prohibitory orders under section 144 of the IPC are in force from Saturday as a precautionary measure.

The Hanuman Jayanti procession was taken out without police permission.

No doubt these MPs are goondas and their goondagiri, One MP from Mangalore threatened to fire Dakshina Kannada. He misbehaved with Police Officer and snatch his phone and did not allow him to speak with superior officer at Police station and you (readers) know the above MP. Shame on us to elect such MPs.

Good batting start .... keep it up police..
I enjoyed the clicks of Police beating BD goons with lathis in chandavara ...

Only such police action will bring the goons to their sense ..
In bhatkal, no clashes have taken place since 1993, after police fired on the procession of BD Goons ... Let the new India begin with such incidents ...

Do you know whether permission has been sought or not ? The authorities have been informed about "dharma samsad " long back and permission has been sought for all programme.more over there was not a single untoward incident .
It is because niddramayya unnecessarily put restriction on Hindus
to take procession where for other religion there was no restrictions
It is well known fact that where ppl of particular peace loving religion
    are more such incidents happen

Anybody who breaks the law should be severely dealt with. Looks like this man is out to create problems. Of late he has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. He is a public nuisance indeed! Public figures should be role models for young people to emulate. But look at this person with a despicable track record. He is a disgrace to whichever party he represents.
