Good to know that Mr Richard Vincent D'Souza, IAS, is appointed as the District Collector of Kodava Naadh, a district which rich heritage and culture of Kodavas need to be protected, as he being the descendants of the Mangalore Christian Community, he understands the pain of "Tippu's massacre" when he murdered equal number of Kodavas and Christains.
