    Dear Mr. Praveen,
We have not studied the report. Please explain the merits of this project and how it is not harmful DK people. Please note that Germany and Japan are closing their nuclear facilities due to the hazards they may pose

Ballana, check total nuclear power generation in India its just 5000-6000 megawatts, against its generation of 2.35 megawatts...which is just 2-3% of its generation. Japan has 22% and Germany 17% of Nuclear power. Their total power requirement is 5.35 Lakhs for Germany and Japan i did not get exact figures, but its more than 4 lakhs Mwatts....which mean they are already having 20 times nuclear power than India.

What they are shutting down is old and unsafe nuclear power plant which are unsafe. Check in Wikipedia if I am wrong.

Thermal power we dont want nuclear power we dont want, Gas has to be imported...Hydro recourses are limited. Ballana tell me we need 5-6 lakhs megawatts by 2020....suggest what has to be done ?

People were blaming Mr G S P when He was alive because He is Mastermind of this Episode"Atthinahole" Just because He said does not make it perfect. There are other people who judged it as hogwash. Always Dead Man is Good Man.

Very sad to know that Dr GS Paramashivah is no more.

During the DK band, I was the person to defend the nethravathi diversion plan. I belong to DK itself, I have gone though the entire document of Dr DSK. Unfortunately, I got bitter comments.
    1. Are people for South Kanara are fools who are opposing, we are the most educated lot.
My answer is the person who asked me this question is that...say he or any family member has come aliment...does he go to the doctor or goes to the street asks the most educated people which medicines to take? If he has a problem which one doctor take expert opinion for a second...not on the street.
    2. If all strikes were right by the people today we would not have nuclear power, Railway, or computers.....tell me which big projects have we not opposed?
    3. Nethravathi diversion will make south kanara river dry is false. It's not a political report its an expert report and definitely with due diligence its been done.
    4. Hats off to Dr GSP...but I am sorry to say people are mindlessly politising and opposing

I appreciate this man's broad minded view who planned Yetthina Hole diversion which is a diversion of one of its Hole to Nethravathi river.

The South Kanara District people are selfish.

    KURIDH PONDAALA KORDH POYERE BALLI.

May this man Rest In Peace.

Dear Praveen, your claim is not correct. I am sure you have not studied the project Yettinahole or Dr Paramashiviah. Dr Paramashiviah has not agreed to the Yettinahole Project as proposed by Knnltd.Dr.P has not proposed massive pumping, but has proposed gravity flow. There are other differences also. Please send me your mail address so that I can send you details of the projects as collected through RTI. Thanks.
