A TRIBUTE TO LINUS MORAS
A colossal loss.
Not only to me but to all fellow members of Mangalore Konkans Dubai.

Linus was one of the founder members of Mangalore Konkans, Dubai when we started in 1989. With his quiet expressions, he contributed immensely to the success of this venture by sharing his brilliant ideas and generous spirit. He was a strong pillar of the advisory committee and the Mangalorean community at large. He liked to share his views of various aspects of life with those close to him. Linus was down to earth and a great help to those who were in need.

An inspiration to Konkani literature, Linus published write-ups in various publications. The 15th of May, 2019, saw the release of his Konkani novel titled “Dhuvri” in Mangalore, under the kind patronage of Mr. James Mendonca.

As a mark of respect and an expression of love, I join all the members, old and new, of Mangalore Konkans Dubai to salute him.
