Dubai: Shezan Restaurant's New Venture - FRANK CATERING LLC Opens
 
Dubai, December 1: Shezan, the well known restaurant in Dubai which is famous for its delicious Chinese, Arabic and Indian cuisine, will start operating through an outdoor catering firm called 'Frank Catering LLC'. 

At a simple inauguration ceremony held at Shezan Restaurant today, Frank D'Souza, owner of the firm told us that this new establishment has a substantial capacity of catering to over 10000 people at one stretch.  The most experienced staff from Mumbai are already in and will start operating from December 1 onwards.

"We felt the need of setting-up a capable catering company for our community which serves them the authentic Mangalorean food along with some North / South Indian, continental or Chinese cuisine.  Keeping this fact in mind, we have started this enthusiastic establishment", Franky told daijiworld.com correspondent. 

"Quality will be maintained along with reasonable pricing.  But the most important thing in our new venture will be to serve and satisfy", Franky D'Souza reiterated.  The newly established catering firm is definitely a first-time and the best availability in this part of the world which has such a large capacity with such competent management and staff, it is estimated.
