Remember Governor is consitutional head, takes oath from CM Ministers..if you notice, in his Assembly speech he always refers as my governmt..so there must be some power but he was kept as rubber stamp..even judiciary also didnt helped hims much, historically courts played in the hands of political parties, no doubt..here speaker playing like saint but his action for 2-3 days public watched..i dont see governor rule coming, Govt taken some issue to SC deliberately to delay..if it drags to 3-4 days, i can see KHARGE as CM with disgruntled MLAs coming back..MLAs restless, if it drags MLAs will loose steam..

Those who plead they want time to Move trust motion in the Assemble and that Governor should not dictate them should remember one year back , they went to Court when the same Governor gave Yeddi 15 days to prove his strength in the Assembly. Yeddi finished the procedure in one day gracefully and exited with a promise of returning back.

I expect that by the end of this year the State will have mid term polls. BJP, will field almost 60% new faces (As they did in Lok Sabha elections). All seasoned, corrupt and power broker politicians will be retired by voting public for ever. A new generation will take over Karnataka State.

Reelection is possible only when all parties request for it not a few MLA or MPs resign and contest under a different party ticket. Either cancel any form of mid-term election altogether or ban election to fill vacancy in case a MLA/MP resigns.
Third alternative is to make the MLA/MP pay for the re-election expense.
If a MLA/MP wins under one party, there should not be any provision to resign in between the term and make the tax payers pay for the cost of unnecessary expense.
What is happening in Karnataka is NATAKA for selfish gain and not for the interest of the citizens/voters.
We are so blind in wasting crores for re-election because we are blind followers of crooked and criminal minded politicians.

Even central govt should show these Dongis whay they can do. Everything is fair in politics. bJP should first move no confidence motion against the speaker.

Dear Siddaramaiah, the coalition govt is big loss to state as well as country, we know u want to postpone confidence motion till Assembly finishes its 5 Year term. But dont forget that BJP can go ahead with No confidence motion against speaker too if he played role to save illegal coalition.

Kumara samy accepted that there was mistake from him too and also accepted that revanna will not be part of cabinet if rebels back to party.

why congress and kumara took this many times to know their mistake?
Congress MLAs openly telling that revanna is forcefully involving in every dept. and congress leader mum on their problem. but that time no one bother to listen others and was busy in enjoying power. Now for same power they accepted that

The three-line whip issued against them (rebel MLAs) to attend the House tomorrow is not operative in view of the SC judgement.
Secondly, the speaker has been given time to decide on the resignations as and when he wants.
speaker given full freedom, but whip not active.
because whip is not given by Speaker but by party.
Freedom for speaker only as per constitution.

Honurable Supreme Court did not issued any direction to the Karnataka speaker by the court in the midnight hearing when floor test was ordered and B.S. Yeddyurappa was invited to form government last year.
“How can the speaker be directed to decide in a particular manner”. “Such orders are not passed even to a trial court.”
SC Can't ask Speaker to Decide on resignations.
We Kannadigas want the speaker decision will be an end to the horse-trading once for all. We request his decision will be an example for the rest of India.
We the Kannadiga don’t want Arunachal Pradesh government.
The Supreme Court should respect the Voter mandate, rather than considering elected MLA’s of the one party.
The Supreme Court of India should maintain the dignity of the Lok Sabha as well as voters of this nation.
