Bangalore, Jul 7: For Kannada actress Prema, it was beginning of a new 'Jeevan'.

The Kodagu beauty, with nearly 45 films to her credit and who is better known as the lucky actress in Sandalwood world, has tied the knot with her boyfriend Jeevan Appachu who is also a Coorgi (Kodava), on Thursday, July 6.

Prema, on the lines of some well-known actresses of the yesteryear, has the credit of having stayed away from controversies and affairs and enjoys a high reputation among movie-goers, esp, womenfolk.
