Mrs Pammi Pyarelal' family show

Mumbai, July 12 (IANS): Stand-up comedian and actor Gaurav Gera, who will be seen in the title role in forthcoming TV show "Mrs Pammi Pyarelal" about cross-dressing, asserts families would be able enjoy the "clean humour" together.

"You will enjoy the show a lot. It is a comedy of errors. Our cast is superb and the show is very well written. It is for the entire family as it has clean humour. People of all age groups can watch the show together," the actor told reporters at the launch of the show here Thursday.

Meanwhile, Gera said the show's basic concept of cross-dressing makes it "interesting and different".

"It's a very different show. For the first time something of this kind is being made. People have done it for two or three episodes, but an entire concept based on this makes it very interesting," said Gera, remembered for his role in "Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin" that aired on Sony.

Veteran actor Rohini Hattangadi as well as Karan Mehra and Mazhar Sayeed will also be seen in the cast of the show that will go on air July 15 on Colors. It will be beamed Monday to Saturday at 7 p.m.
