Mr.Yogesh Bhat......Still waters run deep. You look very simple and honest. But I do not agree with the market valuation of your assets. Probably, you have valued them as per the year 1975.

Rajesh/Mangalore has brought a good point. Single layout approval in its spirit is good. Especially considering how narrow our roads are, building without adequate parking etc. However, the powers may be ensure that wherever they own land , the amount of land forgone for road widening is higher than some of the important main roads. So in order to jack up the price of their land, common people will have to shelve a lot of land so that roads leading to the land owned by powers that may be is 4 lane road. The candidates assets net worth increasing each election must be seen from this angle. And if they are real estate barons then God save the Aam aadmi. Last but not least, single layout approval is specifically targetted at poor. If he owns a small piece of land, make the whole process complicated and expensive so that he will sell it off cheaply to some land mafia (read real estate barons) and use that money to buy a flat sold by these very real estate barons or power that my be. To conclude, we may have secular well meaning leaders who at the outset might appear non-controversial, but actually are deep rooted enough to fully utilize every ounce of your hard earned asset by completely abusing teh powers they enjoy.

Why ask Palemar? To know the real secret of how to become a multi-billionaire overnight, you have to ask Robert Vadra

why No one is talking about the single site approval , poor cannot build house in 3 cents land. what about the sand prices from 800 rs its Rs4000. Any one wins let they abolish single site and help the poor

Krishnanna's journey from a tailor to multimillionaire looks like taken from a fairytale book. He should be an inspiration to others to become rich. He should write a book and make more money by selling the book " Tailor to millionaire ". I admire him for telling the truth about his assets than hiding. Krishnanna please reveal the secrets.

Mr. Rahul Shetty, for your very kind information, the madhwaraj family was a rich family when mr. Pramod's father mr. Malpe Madhwaraj was alive. Mr. Malpe Madhwaaj was also a great donor and was a very popular and respected man, loved by the masses. You can't say anything about "true business". Since what money he has today are his savings from his fish processing units.

My thoughts exactly, How an he say a site in HSR layout is worth 10 lakhs.
Whom is he trying to fool.
For a 60x40 site it would cost nothing less than 2.5CR at todays market value. Looks like Bhat maam is trying to pull wool over peoples eyes.

Ajay, USA/Mangalore
Wednesday, April 17, 2013

Yogesh Bhat is undervaluing his property for sure. A 30x40 BDA site in HSR layout is nothing less than 1.5 crore. He is valuing it at 10 lakhs. Mr Bhat, it is better to be honest and tell what your property is worth at todays market value. For 10 lakhs you cannot even get 1 cent of land anywhere now.

RR, Mangalore

Its G category site given during Lord Krishn's time.Must be 40X60 costing then value paid 10 lakhs which is worth now about 5 crores.A very honest politician from Mangalore who has fooled the people 4 times.Very humble man not only down to earth but beneath the earth too!

Yogish Bhat inherited a property worth 1.5 lakh, owns a property worth 7.5 L at Matadakani in Mlore and 8L in HSR Layout Blore.. What a Joke.. Let me know where i can buy a property worth 1.5 L and 7 or 8 L in Mlore/Blore and that too in heart of the city..

What a scam..

Madwaraj is born rich. They were richest and influential since last 50 yrs. But they were sober and never been proud. Yogish Bhat is a simple man. Lobo too is cool but Palemar made money through illegal sources, before you vote think n vote for those who worry about you and not for those who worry you.

Best way to decrease Budget Deficit is take over all wealth from all Political Leaders especially from all MLAs', MPs’ and give them back 10 times more than their legally drawn salary from Government. If they need more wealth back on their account, let them come up with proof of legal earning. Just imagine if any PM or President Candidate apply this rule in India, I think we can repay all World Bank Loan within no time. Any way come on our Coastal Friends cheer up, our Leaders are also “Karod Pati” too

all these figures make a mockery of the working and tax paying class of people. These people cant even afford a decent accomodation on ownership basis even after working for 20 to 30 years of their lives. what they earn cant take care of all the expenses of the family. In the end they are burdened with housing, vehicle, education and various other loans. This is the irony of the common man today and here are these so called politicians whose wealth multiplies many times in a 5 yr tenure. No one is honest enough for us to waste our time voting for undeserving people. whoever comes to power, we common people will still have to fight for our survival.

except Palemar here, it was a general idea that the other three are gentlemen\honest and not in the list of corrupt people.

Now reading their wealth which may be half of what they really have, many people here are doubting what they said earlier ......... ...... etc.
It's a mystery how the financial situation of politician improves over 5 to 10 folds officially and of course ..... unofficially.
Why the IT people are not raiding these politicians to find out where this sudden wealth came from?

Have heard from my friends that Madvaraj is a helping hand, people praise him for his good nature, don’t know this might be one of the political strategy… should wait and see if he get elected in the forthcoming election what good things he will do to the people of Udupi and Brahamavar …

Tuesday, April 16, 2013

What you have heard is true. Madvaraj is a helping hand. good nature - to an extent yes. He deserves a chance be given to him to serve people. If he wins and if congress forms government he may even become a minister. capable leader for sure.

According to Bhagwad Geeta " You come to this world without bringing anything and you leave this world without taking anything"
Our politicians must understand this simple logic. When BJP leader Mr.Pramod Mahajan died,he had more than Rs.1000 crores in his account(party collection fund).BJP high command was in state of double shock when he died.Leader and money both disappeared !

Mr. Prabhu, he doesn't need to do all that. For the BJP padyatra which was held on 15th, BJP had to make sooooo many calls and invite each worker from other places. Nothing wrong in owning WEALTH, provided it is earned with the right means and the net worth is real.

Rs 10.98 crores in 2008 just can't grow to Rs 37.61 crores in 5 years. In his election manifesto, he better leak out this secret to the voters rather than B***$#!t promises!

Really Sandy ? Did you know that for 4 years pramod didn't have a proper job and used to stay in a one bedroom house in the interiors of ammunje with his wife and his daughter who was just a one year old that time ? They somehow managed for 3 years there and later he got his rights to Raj Fishmeal and Oil Company. Since he knows how it is to be poor and he donates 40% of his earnings to the poor.

Wish these candidates had d with high integrity and sincerely. They may not even know some of the assets they own since source for those assets cannot be disclosed. Only GOD can help us to protect from such politicans who lie and not disclose correct assets.

There are trusts created by some of the politicinas which require different accountablility and excluded by IT forreporting.

If we go back to most of these rich politicians life history, then we will find that they were poor either driving auto-rickshaw or doing some petty job. Look at them now, millionairs and this is not the end they are growing by more than 100%
