After Udupi all importance is given to Byndoor Mookambika Station. Reason is to help outside devotees of Shree Mookambika. Less than 20% local people of the region (nearby Byndoor area) may be the beneficiary…

…But, even though geographically central located Kundapura not have halt for many important trains. Huge population of entire Kundapura region including some portion of Shimoga & Chikamagalore are in trouble, reason because landmark of Byndoor, it is far away and it is outside remote border place of the Udupi district and Kundapura as well. Huge population neither can access Byndoor nor to Udupi station.
