MENTALLY ILL PATIENT DOES NOT HAVE CONTROL ON HIMSELF. THE PERSON WHO IS TO REMAIN WITH HIM SHOULD TAKE CARE OF HIM. OTHERWISE IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE FAMILY MEMBERS.
