Scherzinger's Expensive Plans to Meet Hamilton

London, Aug 11 (IANS): Singer Nicole Scherzinger has plans to blow off most of her "The X Factor" fee of 750,000 pounds by chartering private jets to meet boyfriend Lewis Hamilton during his Grand Prix race meetings.

The former Pussycat Dolls singer will fly as far as Abu Dhabi and Brazil at a cost of at least 50,000 pounds a time to keep their relationship on track, reports thesun.co.uk.

Scherzinger is keen to stay close to the Formula 1 star while filming "The X Factor" every weekend from October to Christmas.

"Lewis will sort some flights out for her, but she's booking some herself and they're eye-wateringly expensive," said a source.

The couple had hit a rough patch in their relationship when Hamilton was photographed partying with a group of beauties at a London hotel last month.

So, Scherzinger also wants to rent a 20,000 pounds a month London home to "escape the madness" while working on the show.

"If she has any cash left at the end of this, I'd be surprised," added a friend of the singer.
