Mangalore: CREDAI to Organize 'Statecon 2012' on Aug 25

Mangalore, Aug 1: A press meet was organized by CREDAI at the press club here on August 1. K C Naik, founder secretary and past president of CREDAI announced that the apex body is organizing the second Karnataka State CREDAI Convention called ‘Statecon 2012’ on August 25.

Addressing the meet, he said that the event will be of state importance and visibility with developers from all over Karnataka, with engineers, architects and concerned government officials participating.
P M A Razak, president said that the event will be addressed by renowned speakers and professionals based on the theme ‘Homes for all’. He also stated that, CREDAI has done an entire study of India to provide better housing facilities at affordable prices.

The 'Statecon 2012' convention will be held at TMA Pai convention hall in Mangalore, which will be inaugurated by Jagadish Shettar, chief minister. The two day real estate exhibition will be inaugurated by K S Eshwarappa, deputy chief minister and various other ministers will be present at the occasion.

William D’Souza gave the concluding points on Statecon convention.He said that builders from all over Karnataka and neighboring states are expected to attend the convention to learn more on the modern techniques of the building industry. As usual CREDAI will keep up its standards, he said.

Pushparaj Jain, Hon secretary, Pramod Pinto, Dharnaraj, governing council member among others were present.
