The schedule changes is common in airlines according to season like summer winter and monsoon there will be changes. As a passenger we should co operate and compromise to the situation and we should be aware of our travel date and enquiry regarding any changes by caling to airport and concerned websites. These precautions we should take ourselves for the safe journey to reach our destination. These problems are not only in Air India but in all Airlines .One good thing is that Air India Staffs will give correct informations and atleast will try to solve the problems of passengers with patience.I have faced many problems of flight cancellation problems and I got good service from Air India better than other Airlines.Simply we should not blame blindly for all reasons....This is my Experience with Air India please dont forget because of Air India we reach directly to gulf countries..

Can we do something so the govt permits foreign airlines to operate ex-IXE. The Calicut airport nearby faced the same challenge. Finally their fight showed colours and the govt had to give in.
Thanks.

Indian government is doing a grave injustice to Indian people. to India, and the democratic ideals of India by not declaring Bajpe airport an International airport, opening of the sky to allow other International airlines to operate to IXE, by imposing a substandard service from Air India Express, which operates an outrageous service from middle east countries to Bajpe and charges outrageous air ticket cost, revises flight schedules with total monopoly and operates risking the passengers Remember loss of life due to sleeping piglet, sorry, pilot ). Please, can some independent entity investigate the Air India practices and improve the IXE standing on the international scene?

Timing for Kuwait is absolutely ridiculous, normally friday is day off in Kuwait, most of expats will fly on Thu night which will save their one day is very imp, alos not getting plenty of Vacation days, everybody includes friday in their vac list, now the new timings of AIR INDIA will consume whole friday. needs to revise the timings.

On thursday I revieve mail from AIE saying that my flight is being cancelled, and asked me to re-schedule my travel to another date or send a request for refund. But when i tried to change the booking, i found all the flights in August 2012 has been cancelled. That forced me to take a ticket in airarabia quickly for precaution. After taking the ticket from airarabia, by the evening I recieved another email from AIE saying that the flight is not cancelled and they has only changed the timimg. Now when i tried to contact them through email, the mail returned with undelivery message, and also they are not picking up the phone to answer on this. They put me in trouble unnecessarly.

It is better to STOP operating to GULF, instead of giving daily problems to the passengers. Fed up of this Airline..

Air India express from Bharain, since only limited , it should be there on Thursday as Friday saturday most of having holidays, it will be beneficial. Again there should be atleast 3 flights in a week. Again if flights leaves at 7.15 pm, how passengers reach their destination from mangalore, as very poor transportation facility in mangalore at Midnight. It should be delayed further so that it reached mangalore early morning.

Its better Jetairways to start direct flight from mangalore to kuwait and vice versa. At lease they dont cancel any flights, also if they cancel they might accomodate kuwait people on their kwt mumbai mangalore flight.

Why Air India Express showing a step-motherly treatment to Passengers of Saudi Arabia ? Not even a single flight to Saudi destinations? We, passengers from Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia face too much hardship to catch flight from Bahrain to Mangalore that too only one flight in a week for two countries!

Its better to approach "DURGAMBA" bus owner to start "DURGAMBA AIR", 100% they will give better service than "air india Exp."

We are all happy that a direct flight has been made but how come Kuwait gets three days in a week and Bahrain only one???? All GCC needs 3 days flight and correct time..Air India Express has already lost its creditability in the market. Its high time Air India merges with other budgeted airline or close down.

Every thing will change once Mangalore airport becomes INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Other airlines will fly into mangalore. Competative fare, better service. Then we can see the real change.

My request to AIR INDIA MANAGEMENT to recruit some doctors for checking each and every staff daily basis. God only knows when they will fall sick and flight will be cancelled last moment.

Air India travelers have to carry one mat (Mandri), Matress (Bichane) and pillow henceforth...!!!???? One will not be sure when it is going to fly and another reason is to get the Export certificate one has to reach the airport 24 hrs before departure....!!

AIR INDIA EXPRESS HAS BECOME A HEADACHE FOR MANAGLORE GOING PASSANGERS HAS THERE IS FLIGHT SCHEDULE CHANGE ONCE IN TWO DAYS. THERE IS NO SYSTEM AT ALL. WHENEVER INDIA EXPRESS WANTS THEY CHANGE TIME FOR THEIR BENIFIT AND NOT OF THE PASSANGERS. PUBLIC SHOULD BOYCOTT THIS AIRLINES COMPLETELY. I THINK MUMBAI LOCAL RAILWAY TIMINGS ARE BETTER THAN THIS AS ROBERT D'SOUZA OF MANIPAL SAYS. NO ONE CAN RELAY ON THIS FLIGHT WHEN IT WILL GER RESCHEDULE OR WHEN IT WILL GET CANCELLED. DUE TO THIS FLIGHT SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE LOST THEIR JOBS OVERSEAS NOT ONLY EVEN IMPORTANT THINGS LIKE MEETINGS, FUNCTION AND SO ON. SHAME ON THIS FLIGHT AND THE MANAGEMENT WHO TAKES FOOLISH DECISIONS AS THEY LIKE.

Ksrtc bus is better than air India express...simply because this express is dumb in informing the passengers.. Just do days back I was traveling from mangalore to Dubai and once I reached the airport they send me SMS saying the flight is cancelled .....

Friday, July 20, 2012

As per Air India Express website, Flight IX 390 from Kuwait to Mangalore will depart at 23:10 hrs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
NOT AT 0620HRS.
0620 hrs is mangalore arrival timing.

Reyan, Kuwait
Friday, July 20, 2012

Until the Customs issue not resolved in Mangalore Airport, the above timings are no use. All will search flights in Jet airways via Mumbai,
