I agree with statement for 1% and there 99% is peoples life need to improve by education, healthcare, jobs, income and corruption free society. Then everything will opertate pretty much smooothly, so better equipped police is not only one solution, but rest of the things which mentioned above are very important. So colaco please dont take one section of the society and remember to focus rest of the things which eqaully important. jai ho.........
