Bollywood Hero-Power Better Than Superheroes

Daijiworld Media Network – Entertainment (SN)

Mumbai, Jul 2: With movies like ‘Spiderman’, ‘The Dark Night’,’ Dhoom 3’ making the rounds in the movie scenes, superheroes seem to be the genre that actors get tagged to. But Ajay Devgn, bollywoods ‘Singham’ opposes this tagline.

Ajay Devgn reports in an interview saying that bollywood actors are more than what other superheroes showcase. He jokes saying that that a Singham or a Chulbul Pandey [Salman Khan in Dabaang] can definitely save the world rather than with super powers.

He began his career with romantic films like ‘Phool aur Kaante’, ‘Jigar’ and ‘Dilwale’. He slowly moved into action filled dramas like ‘Zakhm’ and ‘Singham’ and then showed his humorous streak with the ‘Golmaal’ series. He  also ventured into animation with ‘Toonpur ka Superhero’.

Devgn states that he doesn’t like to be associated with the type of films he does. He in turn wants to be called just as an actor. Director Rohit Shetty and Devgn have shared a very good chemistry with each others as colleagues. The crowds are always pleased with the entertainment they provide. With all eyes on the upcoming ‘Bol Bachchan’, the audience is looking forward for a new kind of experience from the duo
