Mangaluru, Jan 23: Fame Adventure Academy (R) an organisation will be conducting a beach safety awareness drive with regard to beach safety measures, simple rescue tips, basic first aid etc.
The trainers are Santosh Peter D’Souza, Nithin Suvarna, Suhan will demonstrate with awareness tips.
The awareness drive will be done in Thannirbhavi, Panambur, Surathkal, Ullal, Someshwara beaches in the month of February and March during weekends.
Speaking on the occasion, the founder president Venu Sharma said, "There are lot of tourists attracted towards the beautiful beaches of Mangaluru and unfortunately there are lot of deaths due to drowning every year. Hence to bring awareness in the tourists and the public of Mangaluru, this activity is conducted."
Fame is an amateur adventure training academy is an association of adventure loving people in Dakshina Kannada district organizing and giving trainings in the field of Adventure activities and disaster management for several years.
