Panaji, Jan 17: As Nationwide COVID -19 Vaccine was launched on 16th January 2021 altogether 426 Health Care Workers were administered vaccine at 7 session sites.
42 health care workers were vaccinated at Goa Medical College Bambolim, 65 at Hospicio Hospital Margao, 38 at North Goa District Hospital Mapusa, 49 at Sub District Hospital Ponda, 100 at Manipal Hospital Donapaula, 70 at Sub District Hospital Chicalim and 62 at Healthway hospital Old Goa.
MoHFW guidelines were strictly followed for smooth vaccination, observation and management of AEFIs. The vaccination programme was under the supervision of officials from Directorate of Health Services.
