Bantwal, Nov 27: Mahammayi Durgamba Temple and Service Trust held Padukanyasa programme as part of Durgamba temple renovation here on Friday morning. The rituals were conducted by priest Vasanth Bhat under the guidance of chief priest Umesh Sharma Kodikal.

MLA U Rajesh Naik, former minister B Ramanath Rai, B Nagaraja Shetty, district panchayat member Tungappa Bangera, Padmashekar Jain, Bantwal block Congress president Baby Kunder, Trust president Bhuvanesh Pachinadka, trustee Dinesh Poojary Mannapu, management committee president Sanjiva Moolya, Nagaraja Shilpi Kalladka, management committee and renovation committee office bearers, village heads and ladies service committee members were present.
