Panaji: MiG-29k crashes off Goa coast, one pilot recovered, search for second is on

Panaji, Nov 27: Indian Navy’s MiG-29k trainer aircraft has gone missing in the Arabian Sea with one pilot rescued while search operation for the other is on, the spokesman said.

Indian Navy Spokesman based at INS Hansa said that an MiG-29k aircraft operating at sea ditched at about 17.00 hours on November 26. “One pilot has been recovered and searches by air and surface units is in progress for the second pilot. An inquiry has been ordered to investigate the incident,” the naval spokesman said.
