Bantwal: Homa held to ward off Vastu Dosha in Mini Vidhan Saudha

Bantwal, Oct 19: Maha Mrathyunjaya homa rituals were held in B C Road mini Vidhan Saudha under the leadership of district panchayat member M Tungappa on Monday to ward off suspected Vastu Dosha.

As two deputy tahsildars had died of illness, district panchayat members had conducted Prashnachintane to the deity. “The homa is conducted on the basis of the answers found in Prashna Chintane,” said Tungappa Bangera.

The homa rituals that began at 7 am concluded with Poornahuthi at 12.30 pm. They were followed by meals for the public.

Bantwal taluk MLA Rajesh Naik Ulipadiguthu, district panchayat member Ravindra Kambali, Kamalaksha Poojary, block BJP committee president Devappa Poojary and others were present.
