Robert Menezes elected as president of Catholic Sabha Udupi Pradesh

Udupi, Oct 11: Robert Menezes of Kanajar parish of Karkala zone has been elected as the new president of Catholic Sabha Udupi Pradesh, an influential organization of Udupi diocese.

Robert Menezes was elected unanimously in the election of new office bearers that took place in the auditorium of Mother of Sorrows Church, Udupi.



The other office bearers of the organization are Alwyn Quadros Kota, immediate past president Mary D'Souza, president-designate Ronald Almeida Udyavar, vice president Santhosh Cornelio, Mount Rosary Kallianpur, secretary Gregory P K D'Souza Shankarapura, joint secretary Jerald Rodrigues Shirva, treasurer Heric Gonsalves Gangolli, assistant treasurer and Edward Larson D'Souza internal auditor.

The election process was conducted by former president Valerian Fernandes and Walter Cyril Pinto.
