Bengaluru: 'Coronavirus situation going out of control in some districts' – B S Yediyurappa

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Jul 9: Chief minister B S Yediyurappa, has confessed that coronavirus situation in Karnataka is getting out of control in some districts.

"We have arranged for 10,000 beds. I am now leaving to scrutinize the arrangements. Already a central team which visited the state took stock of the coronavirus situation here and recorded its appreciation for certain decisions taken to control the situation. It also has given suggestions to take certain precautionary measures," he explained.

"We are aware that additional ambulances would be required to ferry coronavirus patients without causing them inconvenience. In some districts, the situation is slipping out of control. The deputy commissioners have been working relentlessly day and night. I have called for a press meet tomorrow where I will be replying to whatever questions people have on this issue," he stated.

So do something Mr CM. This is not a small thing.. your actions will decide if people will live or die. Please impose a short term lockdown so stop its immediate spread.

Also please do something about those greedy Private Hospitals - they are looting people in broad daylight.

Modi gave an assurance that within twenty three days he will be able to control the Pandemic. He utilised all this time to sort out issues that were not to the liking of the BJP like booking CAA protestors, indulging in resort politics to topple the MP Govt and making a Mockery of Democracy in India. Kept on harassing. the opposition ruled states during the lockdown. Thali Bajao, Ganti Bajao, Diya Jalao were some of his gimmicks during the lockdown. Having failed in controlling the Pandemic wherein he cannot extract any political milage, he has washed his hands completely and now left it on the states to manage the situation once it started going out of control.

The Covid situation is galloping all across India and Modi has taken a back seat hoping to look for occasional news that will help him in Headlines Management in the news.

The Race Course Road in Delhi should be renamed as LIE LAMA ROAD.

Now govt started forcing the teachers for SSLC evaluations of the papers. If the situation is out of control why the CM is putting the teachers life at high risk by calling them for valuation of SSLC papers which is scheduled fro 13th July. Please act wisely. Most of the teachers are private school teachers and they don't get salary from April 2020. In any case those teachers get infected they won't have money for the treatment. Please think and act accordingly.

There should be pressure (on the government) from students, parents, student unions, lawyers, activists etc if you want the exams to be postponed.

Maybe if a large number of students want the exams postponed then you could put more pressure on the government.
You have the Right to Safety and Right to information.

Mental Health should be considered during this pandemic

All the best for your exams

first case was reported in India on 30 January 2020, this is what govt did from then,
Feb - 1 feb 20 namaste trump preparation, feb 23 delhi riots, feb 24-25 namaste trump event,
march 4th - govt officials first meeting on corona, march 9 screening tests began at airports,
march 11 WHO declared corona a pandemic", march 11-12 Bjp MLA's from MP were taken to resorts in a bus, march 13 govt says corona is not a health emergency, march 14-15 BJP busy in toppling MP Govt, March 16 Modi SAARC meeting on corona for PR, March 19 Modi addressed india first time on corona and announced 1 day janata curfew, march 20-21 MP political crisis and BJP forms govt, march 22 - one day janata curfew, march 25 govt banns all flights, march 26 country lock down till April 14th and then it is extended till may 3rd.

Lock down was announced on the evening of 24 March 2020, this leaves the government of the day with 54 days to think and to plan, but it did not plan. because govt priorities were different. On 18 March Anurag (MOS- finance) said corona ha no impact in India and indian economy;you can check it’s on record. Make someone accountable it’s our country that we are talking about. You may be follower of a particular party but think about country. The government had enough time to plan but their priorities were different. when govt failed to handle corona it instructed to Godi media put blame on one community.today we all are suffering some may loose their job, some might hav lost their loved once.
