Prahlad Joshi, Jagadish Shettar at Roadshow in Hyderabad

Bengaluru, Jan 28: As part of Karnataka’s "Invest Karnataka Hubballi 2020’’ event planned to be held on Feb 14 at Hubballi, Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs and Coal Prahlad Joshi and State’s Large and Medium Industries Minister Jagadish Shettar are leading a roadshow in Hyderabad on Jan 29.

The ministers and officials from Karnataka will be meeting more than 20 leading businessmen, entrepreneurs, heads of major companies and discuss the ample investment opportunities in Karnataka, especially regions in North Karnataka.

Heads of various companies from sectors such as aerospace industry, food processing, IT&BT, Agri inputs, infrastructure and entertainment companies such as GMR Group, RA Infrastructure Pvt Limited, Dodla Dairy, KN Group of Companies, GVK Group, Komal Agrotech, Bharat Biotech, Crane Global Solutions Ltd, Continental Warehousing, Loknete Engineering Works, Gayatri Projects Ltd, Ramoji Film City, among others will meet the delegation as part of the series of meetings convened before the roadshow.

The delegation will also make a site visit to Alpha Packaging and take part in a meeting with the concerned officials.

Investors and businessmen will be invited to ‘Invest Karnataka Hubballi - 2020’ on the occasion. 

Anotther roadshow will be held in Mumbai on December 22, which has already garnered positive responses from the investors and the roadshow in Hyderabad is expected to do the same. Gaurav Gupta, Principal Secretary, Commerce and Industries, Gunjan Krishna, Commissioner, Industrial Development, Managing Director, Karnataka Udyog Mitra, Revanna Gowda and other officials will be part of the delegation and participate in the roadshow.
